House of Illness
Well we have a bit of sickness in our house. I have had a cold the last few days and can't take cold medicine so I am having to suffer. :( Amber got real sick last night and today I took her to the doc and she has Strep throat. Wierd thing was at the doc office they gave her a choice of pill or a shot of penicillian so she went for the shot. After the shot they kept us there for 40 min waiting for the ibuprofin or tylonel ot get her temp to go down since it was 103.3. So now she has 5 days of no work, friends or school. Poor thing huh?

Pretty scary to have that high of a temp. Hope she is doing well. Will they retest her to make sure she is over the strep throat?
No they didn't say anything about that. Let me tell you she didn't like that shot in her bum though. He did say that was better/quicker than the pills since she was so bad.
